Ik ondersteun de 5 praktijkopleiders van Attent bij een aantal vragen die zij willen uitwerken in een team-leertraject:

Hoe kunnen wij ons werkoverleg effectief en efficiënt gebruiken zodat we na afloop de agenda gevolgd hebben en benodigde besluiten nemen en vastleggen.
Hoe kunnen we ons overleg zo procesmatig organiseren dat we leren van elkaar en weten wat we bij elkaar kunnen halen, luisteren naar elkaar, accepteren dat er niet één waarheid is, feedback geven en ontvangen, en de gezamenlijke visie op het leren in de praktijk en onze rol als praktijkopleider verdiepen.
Hoe kunnen we rust brengen in onze contacten en werkoverleg zodat we elkaar daarin niet frustreren, irriteren en opjagen, maar juist inspireren en ondersteunen.

In dit leertraject ga ik uit van de professionaliteit van de praktijkopleiders en faciliteer ik hun leerproces door tijdens de werkoverleggen zelf met hen te kijken wat goed gaat en wat om een andere aanpak vraagt om de doelen te bereiken.
